Meet Andi McDonald – Insurance Specialist
Originally from Denton, Texas, Andi brings nearly 15 years of experience in the dental field and a fierce dedication to patient advocacy. A proud graduate of Denton High School and Brookhaven Community College, she has spent the last seven years as a vital part of the Stonebriar Smile Design team—working offsite, but always deeply connected to our practice and patients.
Andi’s favorite part of her role is seeing patients light up with confidence about their smiles—especially knowing she’s played a part in helping them get the care they deserve. She’s a true expert when it comes to insurance filing and collections, and has elevated it to an art form. More importantly, she’s a champion for our patients—relentlessly going to bat with insurance companies to make sure every claim is handled fairly and every benefit is maximized.
Behind the scenes, Andi is often the unsung hero making the complex feel simple and ensuring patients are financially supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Andi is a proud mom of two daughters and loves spending quality time with her girls. She enjoys reading, exploring museums, watching movies, and traveling whenever she can. Her calm, kind spirit and attention to detail make her a treasured part of our team—and a true superhero in the world of dental insurance.
